Spring Reminds Us to Love One Another

Love One Another, Just Like He Loves Us is the message my heart keeps hearing this season. Spring is my favorite time of year. Blossoms burst into color. Tulips lift their heads toward the sky. Plants that once looked lifeless suddenly stretch upward with new growth. Even the yellow grass turns green again. Blink too long, and you might miss the miracle.

Looking around, it feels as if the earth itself is praising God. Whispering, thank you for the rest. Rising again in joy. Rain falls from heaven, and the Master Gardener waters every tender sprout.

🕊️ Creation Teaches Us to Love One Another

Birds fill the air with their songs. Their voices travel far. Their melodies sound like praise and celebration. They rush from branch to ground, gathering tiny pieces for their nests. Soon, shiny eggs will rest there. New life will lift its voice in praise to the King.

God made us in His image. He trusted us to care for His creation. Sometimes I feel small when I think about that. How can someone like me carry such a responsibility? But then I remember: He lives. He made me in His image. He died for me. He gave His life so I could live.

✝️ Easter Calls Us to Love One Another

This weekend is Easter weekend. A time to reflect on Jesus. When I think of His death on the Cross, my heart trembles. As a mother, I imagine Mary’s pain. She knew her Son’s path would lead to sorrow. But nothing prepares a mother for that moment.

Yet just as winter gives way to spring, light broke through the darkness. Jesus rose from the dead. He brought a promise: Whoever believes in My name will be with Me in the Kingdom of God. One day we will rule the earth with Him.

Scripture: Love One Another

1 John 3:22–24 And this is His commandment: We must believe in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. Those who obey God’s commandments remain in fellowship with Him, and He with them. And we know He lives in us because the Spirit He gave us lives in us.

Live Out His Love This Weekend

This weekend, be close to your loved ones. Express your love freely. Let them feel the love of God shining through you. Eat good food. Laugh often. Celebrate joy. Celebrate grace. We received everlasting love from God.

A Prayer

Dear Lord,

Thank You for the gift of spring and the reminder of new life. Thank You for Jesus, who loved us enough to die for us. Help me love others the way You love me. Fill my heart with kindness, patience, and compassion. Let Your Spirit shine through my words and actions. May my life reflect Your love today and every day.
